The grid bridge welding equipment includes:

1.The vertical cloth V-groove is divided into two sets, one can move up and down, one can move horizontally, first, the horizontal moving distance according to the width direction of the grid size data, The V-shaped mouth is aimed at the longitudinal chute.The chute is installed in the order that each longitudinal wire is dropped into the V-shaped slot, then moved behind the welding host.The longitudinal wires are picked up by the up-and-down V-shaped chute and pushed into the host for welding.

4.Border agencies
In order to ensure that the trimming speed is higher than the welding speed, the trimming power adopts a servo motor + anti-impact reducer transmission mechanism. The angle of trimming can be adjusted according to the angle of wire fracture. The trimming mechanism is installed on both sides of the wire frame, and the other two sets are installed on the positioning platform. The welded mesh is positioned, and the trimming mechanism is then horizontally moved to trim.
5.The loading agency
The loading agency uses a dragon gate secured agency. It is equipped with eight pneumatic fingers and is mounted on an aluminum slot for easy adjustment.
